Cheap Insolvency Practitioner Fees To Place A Company Into Liquidation

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and with our cheap Insolvency Practitioner (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Elliot Green) you can typically place a company into voluntary Liquidation for a cheap low cost fixed fee. The fee will vary depending on the facts of the case and if the company is insolvent then we can usually swiftly place the company into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. How are we able to achieve this?

We have a streamlined process that enables you to obtain a quote and upon confirming we can act, we have created an online system which enables us to assemble the information easily from you in one quick form in which you can upload the necessary documents (if you wish) so that we can crack on and liquidate a company for you.

A Liquidation may well be a cheap option in any event because a company that is no longer needed or has no viable future is likely to represent a burden for its Directors. Every year there will still be statutory compliance requirements that need to be actioned, including but not limited to:

If a Director is unable to complete such compliance themselves and the company has insufficient funds then he or she will likely have to pay an adviser to fulfil such compliance so long as the company is in existence. This compliance cannot be overlooked as a failure to file accounts at Companies House on time is a criminal offence.

Alternatives To Voluntary Liquidation

If a company is solvent then even cheaper than voluntary Liquidation would be to dissolve a company. However, that is typically unsuitable for an insolvent company and for a solvent company you might risk losing the substantial tax benefits of a Members Voluntary Liquidation.

If neither the company nor its Directors have access to sufficient funds to pay for a cheap Insolvency Practitioner then there is the option of simply waiting until a creditor takes action to wind up the company and put it into Compulsory Liquidation. However, it should be noted that the above compliance requirements will need to be met until a winding up order is made and then the Liquidator will be the Official Receiver who is able to bring claims against Directors.

How Cheap Is A Liquidation?

A Liquidation can be done cheaply.

How cheap a Liquidation is will usually depend on factors such as the number of creditors, if there are any employees, the type of assets (if any) and the nature of the company’s shareholdings.

A more detailed explanation of how much does a liquidation cost can be considered but if you complete our quote form we will be able to get back to you quickly with an estimate of the cost to put your company into Liquidation.
